Meet Cindy Rose Rescued 2008 Adoption Application

My name is Cindy Rose and I am four years old and 12 lb of pure sassiness.  My foster family’s nickname for me is Miss Diva.  When I was rescued I had three hernias- one of which was really big and not attractive for a Diva and I needed my teeth cleaned so a very nice veterinarian repaired my hernias and cleaned my teeth.  They also made sure I was up to date on my shots and heartworm negative. 

I have excellent house manners: I am crate trained, potty trained, love to give hugs, lie in my bed and watch TV with my foster family, sleep next to my foster mom’s side of the bed in my own bed (and probably would like it better to sleep in the bed, but it is too crowded for a Diva with my foster family’s other dogs and my foster mom would worry about me falling out of bed as my legs are too short to safely jump off the bed).  I like to go for walks and ride in the car.  I do play with my foster family’s other Affens and would probably do okay in a home with another dog; however, as a Diva, I probably would prefer to be the center your of attention.

Cindy Rose has been adopted!! Cindy Rose was being fostered in the north suburbs in Dallas, and quickly became known as Miss Diva.  She ruled the herd of Affens in her neighborhood, known as the Affenhood.  She went to her new home just a few miles away and has already run to her new mom to let her know that there were new people and their dog moving in next door.  Mom, Dad and Cindy Rose are really enjoying their new life together.
