Meet Sassy Sadie Rescued 2008

Sadie, Sadie, pretty lady.  And she is, too!  A beautiful black and tan three year old with a wonderful attitude, Sadie has a wiggle and a wag for everyone she meets.

“Sadie is blind!”  That’s what the foster mom told the commercial breeder.  The breeder acted like she was surprised and had no idea what the foster mom was talking about.  So we have no idea how, why, when or how long Sadie has been blind – maybe since birth – but this precious little girl doesn’t let it hold her back.

Sadie knows how to find her way around: she listens for you, raises her head in the air, sniffs, and voila!  She has found you!  Then she acts like she has won the Grand Prize!  Her little tail just wags and she stands up and tries to hug your leg because she is soooooooo happy!

Sadie romps around, is learning to play and makes the cutest barking noise.  She loves to cuddle on the sofa with you and will follow you everywhere as long as she can hear your voice.  She weighs just 8 pounds.  House-training is going well as long as she has an opportunity to go outside with you every 3 hours.  Sadie has had all of her vetting, is on heart worm preventive and is being fostered in northeast Indiana.

Sadie is a special lady who needs a stay at home parent who will be patient with her while she learns her way around your home.  In return, this little sweetheart will return your love many times over.  Are you “The One” for Sadie?
